Big Smokeys, specializing in Caribbean and American street food, was founded in 2016. After years of creating and experimenting with the recipes we use only the freshest of ingredients to give you the most authentic street foods from around the world.
We cater for private events at your chosen location or home.
Big Smokeys use a family recipe for their jerk products, that go back more then 4 generations; we've tweaked and perfected them. Some have been given a modern twist but still use the same authentic ingredients and processes. Even the wood that's used to smoke our jerk products is imported all the way from Jamaica, to give you the same great taste you would experience there. The food is traditionally smoked over pimento and sweet wood. These woods are commonly found all over Jamaica and used by the locals to cook.. well, almost everything. We believe it really makes a difference to our jerk products... that's how far we've gone to bring authentic Jamaican jerk to you. We also import ingredients form America giving you a true taste of American street food.
